02 / What you'll own
Define the problem
- Understand customer problems, business goals, people, and decision context during kickoff and ongoing collaboration.
- Map operating workflows, information flows, and execution constraints to identify the problem most worth solving.
Shape and build
- Turn ambiguity into a clear product definition, workflow, and system boundary.
- Work with engineering to build and validate working systems quickly, then refine them through real use.
Validate and productize
- Evaluate whether the system changes judgments and actions in the workflow—not only whether a feature is complete.
- Productize validated research, judgment, and execution patterns into reusable capabilities.
03 / What we look for
- Strong product judgment and problem-framing ability.
- Enthusiasm for building products and working closely with engineers.
- A willingness to understand customers, business, and life-science context.
- The ability to use and keep learning AI tools.
- The ability to work in Chinese or English and collaborate with teams and customers in a bilingual environment.
- A willingness to work on site with customers at kickoff and key project stages.
